Bridging the Operational Gap for Growing Businesses: Introducing Signature Support Co

There's a moment in every growing business when the cracks start to show.

You've built something real. Clients trust you. Revenue is climbing. But somewhere between managing your inbox, chasing invoices, and trying to remember if you sent that follow-up email, you realize you're spending more time in your business than on it.
I've watched this happen from both sides, as the person running the operations and as the founder now building my own thing. And after 15+ years in executive operations, I kept seeing the same pattern: talented, driven entrepreneurs stuck in a gap that nobody was solving for.
The Gap Nobody Talks About
Here's what I mean.
On one end, there are virtual assistants. They're great for task execution, scheduling posts, booking travel, basic admin. But when you need someone who can think strategically about your systems? Who can spot inefficiencies before they become problems? That's usually not in the job description.
On the other end, there are Online Business Managers. They're strategic operators who can run your entire backend. But they come with price tags that make sense for seven-figure businesses with teams to manage, not solo founders or small agencies doing $100K to $500K.
So where does that leave you if you're in the middle?
Doing it yourself. Again.
What I Learned Scaling Someone Else's Business

Before launching Signature Support Co., I spent nearly a decade as the Executive Assistant and Office Operations Manager for a restoration company. When I started, they were doing $375K in annual revenue. When I left, they were at $6.5 million.
I wasn't just managing calendars. I was consolidating 15 software platforms down to 4. Building SOPs that cut costs by 25%. Getting accounts receivable from 90+ days overdue down to under 30. Running payroll, managing vendors, facilitating executive meetings, creating dashboards, whatever the business needed to operate smoothly so the owner could focus on growth.
That's the work I love. Not task execution for its own sake, but building the operational backbone that lets a business actually scale.
And I kept thinking: why isn't anyone offering this to the entrepreneurs who need it most?
Building for the In-Between
Signature Support Co. exists for the business owners who've outgrown basic support but aren't ready for a full operations hire.
You're a coach with a growing client roster and a CRM that's become a graveyard of forgotten follow-ups. A consultant juggling multiple retainer clients while your own invoicing falls through the cracks. A real estate agent closing deals but drowning in transaction details. An agency founder who's so busy delivering for clients that your own business runs on duct tape and adrenaline.
You don't need someone to just do tasks. You need someone who understands how the pieces fit together and can help you build systems that actually work.
That's what I'm here for.
What "Fractional" Actually Means
I call this fractional executive support because that's what it is. You get executive-level thinking and operational expertise without the executive-level price tag. We work on monthly retainers with flexible hour allocations, so your support adapts to what your business actually needs not what fits into a rigid package.
Some months that might mean heavy calendar and inbox management. Others might focus on documenting your processes so they're repeatable. Some clients need bookkeeping coordination; others need help preparing for a launch or cleaning up their tech stack.
The point is: it's built around you.

Why Now
I won't pretend launching a business isn't terrifying. After years of being someone's right hand, stepping out on my own is a different kind of challenge.
But I also know what I'm good at. I know the value I bring. And I know there are business owners out there right now, overwhelmed and under-supported, who could use a strategic partner in their corner.
If that's you, I'd love to talk.
